N.T.Finn is an accountant-turned-writer who enjoys juvenile fiction much more than books aimed at adults. She grew up reading the Famous Five by Enid Blyton, and Australian classics like "The Min-Min" by Mavis Thorpe Clark, and "Little Black Princess" by A.Gunn.

N.T.Finn wrote "Zoltan & the 31st Century" to give her son, David, something to read while they waited imatiently for J.K.Rowling to publish her second Harry Potter novel. She has lived in Brisbane, Canberra, Washington D.C and Sydney, in that order, and currently lives in Melbourne.
