Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Postage is FREE per book for regular mail for Australian delivery addresses.

Orders will be despatched from our Melbourne office and sent with Australia Post. You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days (from the working day following receipt of the despatch email) for most metropolitan areas in Australia. Perth, Darwin and large cities and towns in NSW, SA, QLD and Tasmania can take 3-5 working days; other locations can take 4-6 days; remote areas can take longer. You may receive your order earlier than the time stated, but please note, sometimes there can also be unforeseen postal delays which are outside of our control.

Returns

Brunette Publishing will exchangs goods purchase online, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase from Brunette Publishing. Faulty, mis-bound or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase.

eBooks cannot be returned, please choose carefully. If your eBook appears to be faulty, please contact customer service on +61 3 8838 0503 sales@brunettepublishing.com.au to discuss the issue.

The cost of returning any product to Brunette Publishing is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is mis-bound or faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs. Freight charges are not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind exchange.

We will make every effort to process items returned to Brunette Publishing within 3 business days of receipt at our office. Please note that any credit to your card account via PayPal may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
